Al Armstrong:

With over 30 years of installation experience, Al Armstrong is a seasoned professional in the flooring industry. He is proud to serve the community, earning the trust of many returning customers while welcoming new ones along the way. Al takes great pride in the work Badger State Flooring delivers and genuinely enjoys helping customers transform their spaces.

When he’s not perfecting floors, you can find him with his loyal companion, Jeter, a German Shepherd. He has a green thumb and finds peace in yard work, and on Sundays, you’ll catch him cheering on the Packers.

Beth Chojnacki:

Beth manages the business and customer experience side of Badger State Flooring. She works closely with customers in the showroom, helping with product selection, estimates, invoicing, and keeping projects organized from start to finish. She enjoys getting to know customers and helping them find the right flooring that truly fits their home, lifestyle and budget. Beth takes pride in the details and in making the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Outside of work, Beth spends time with her husband, two children, and their dog. She absolutely loves being at the family lake home in central Wisconsin, reading and taking hiking adventures when the children’s schedules allow for it.

Beth was super helpful and patient in getting samples ordered for us. We decided at the last minute to include some tile removal and installation of existing flooring, and Al handled it like a champ! We had a slight issue with our carpet roll being damaged in transit (not at Badger States fault), but Al and Beth made sure to get it corrected as soon as possible, at no additional cost to us.
