We had been struggling with some flood damage (laundry room, bath room, and full basement) and a slow insurance claim when I reached out to Badger State Flooring for assistance. Beth returned my message right away and set up an appointment the next day with Al that was able to fit with our schedule. Al showed us lots of great options, both special order and in stock. He offered to take a look at our project the next day (Saturday), which was very appreciated. Within less than a week, Al and his team had installed new vinyl in our laundry room and bathroom, along with new carpeting for our basement stairs and finished basement. And the pricing was much better than we found anywhere else. Al kept us updated throughout the process and no mess was left behind. Everything looks AMAZING and we couldn't be happier!
