Beth was super helpful and patient in getting samples ordered for us. We decided at the last minute to include some tile removal and installation of existing flooring, and Al handled it like a champ! We had a slight issue with our carpet roll being damaged in transit (not at Badger States fault), but Al and Beth made sure to get it corrected as soon as possible, at no additional cost to us. We felt like we got the family experience with our install and scheduling, Al was friendly and kind no matter what hour of the day it was! The service and communication from Al and Beth were great from start to finish, and we are more than happy with the quality of the work. It was so nice not having to call the contractor back to fix an issue, or do repairs after the job was “completed” as I have so many times in the past.
